The Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting visitors
  2. Managing and ordering all office supplies and inventory
  3. Ordering office equipment and uniforms for new starters
  4. Sending business communications to the office
  5. Administrative duties
  6. Managing the company vehicles’ MOTs, repairs, tickets, etc.
  7. International travel booking
  8. Booking enterprise rental vans, paying for congestion charges, and managing communication
  9. Building management – managing maintenance tasks
  10. Booking yearly checks: PAT Testing, Fire Safety, Roof Maintenance, Coffee Machine Maintenance, Billi Tap
  11. Creating guides on Confluence for certain processes
  12. Ensuring the office is clean and tidy
  13. Assisting with event organization
  14. Ensuring stock of branded Techary merchandise and uniforms
  15. Organizing health and safety courses and mental health training for staff
  16. Managing pest control across all offices
  17. Engaging with suppliers to manage budgets
  18. Assisting with office moves across London and Orpington
  19. Booking headshots for new starters
  20. Setting up new starter workspaces on their first day
  21. Raising POs and liaising with Finance and Matter
