A leading educational institution is seeking a Premises Manager to oversee health and safety, budget management, and strategic operations within a special school environment. This full-time role involves working closely with the Senior Management Team and offers opportunities for professional development and training. Salary Range: KR10 £37,374 - £43,592. Full-time, 37 hours per week.
Are you currently working within the premises management team and looking to enhance the strategic aspects of your role? Do you want the opportunity to work with the Senior Management Team on the strategic operation of facilities management and building development? Would you like to have overall responsibility for health and safety and fire safety management? Do you enjoy training and networking? Are you interested in premises budget management? Do you have extensive premises management experience and want to work with an experienced and motivated team? Do you possess the empathy and understanding necessary to work confidently within a special school environment?

The post requires 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round, on a shift system between 07:00 and 18:00, with the possibility of working up to 22:00 once a week during term time if needed. The role may also involve call-outs during evenings and weekends as part of the shift system.
