Premises Manager required for a SEN school in Ealing

About Engage Education

At Engage Education, we’re currently recruiting for a Premises Manager position at a SEN school in Ealing, following strong relationships with local schools. We are seeking an experienced School Site Manager with campus management experience.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week, all year round, typically from 10am to 6pm.

About the Role

As a School Premises Manager, you will supervise work across the school, managing both external and internal contractors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Managing maintenance projects and contractors.
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and inspections.
  • Managing budgets and controlling costs related to maintenance and repairs.
  • Hands-on experience with building maintenance such as plumbing, electrical work, heating systems, and general repairs.
  • Managing security systems including alarms, CCTV, and key-holding responsibilities.
