Client Manager

About the role:

Are you an ambitious person who loves to learn? Are you a creative problem solver who wants to build something better? Do you want to work with collaborative clients? Do you want to work for a client dedicated to Responsible Advertising and sustainable media planning?

Sound interesting? We have an exciting account manager role within our global client leadership team working across Danone, one of the largest global FMCG / CPG companies in the world.

Core responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with local Team Flow teams, by identifying best-in-class work across the Local Team Flow network, elevate to global clients, and roll out across all markets; collaborate with strategy team in build out and local market education/roll out.
  2. Support Client Director in collaborating with Team Flow strategy teams as well as external agency partners to deliver global brand strategies, and helping local teams adapt to their markets.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of global reporting (e.g., competitive, flowcharts etc.) and help provide analysis and insight into results and recommendations.
  4. Reinforce Team Flow best practices and help local Team Flow markets implement them into their everyday planning/activation.
  5. Oversee the finance billing process to collate POs, update budget trackers and monitor client billing.

Person Specification:

  1. Proactive, solution orientated and excited by a challenge.
  2. Delights clients and enjoys collaborating with them.
  3. Knows how to craft and evaluate a media plan.
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  5. Able to identify potential problems and understand when to escalate.
  6. Comfortable working cross-discipline – working with creative, ecommerce, PR, experience agency partners.
  7. Ideally has experience working with multiple markets although not required.
