POSITION:

The ideal Manager will oversee all studio functions, including sales and instructor management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of service sales or fitness sales experience.
  • Confidence in generating personal sales and training/developing sales representatives.
  • Ability to manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, private training, retail, and teacher training.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and via email and phone.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
  • Good judgment to recognize areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Passion for fitness.
  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized with proficiency in data management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the public.
  • Proficiency with computers and studio management software.

DUTIES:

  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking.
  • Implement sales processes to incentivize prospects.
  • Lead staff to ensure team goal achievement.
  • Analyze revenue and attendance metrics.
  • Make high-level customer service decisions independently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all administrative supplies and studio literature are stocked and visible.
  • Participate in networking, community events, and studio promotions.
  • Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
