Job Opportunity: Customer Service Coordinator

We are excited to offer a permanent position for a Customer Service Coordinator at a reputable calibration industry company. The role offers a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) along with benefits.

Responsibilities include:

1. Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy and understanding.
2. Promptly and efficiently address customer inquiries.
3. Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone and email.
4. Accurately update order statuses within the laboratory asset management database.
5. Adhere to ISO17025 and ISO9001 accreditation processes.
6. Perform preliminary quality assurance and contract review tasks for work order approvals.
7. Assist the Logistics department in meeting customer delivery needs.
8. Contribute proactively to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Support Coordinator, Customer Service Executive, or similar role.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment.
• Technical knowledge and experience in preparing technical documents and requirements (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Outlook.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
