Join Our Team as an Events Coordinator!
Overview

As a Events Coordinator, your main responsibility will be supporting the planning and execution of exceptional events across industries such as Dining, Entertainment, Retail, and Lifestyle for our corporate clients and concierge members in EMEA. You will coordinate all event details, ensuring smooth execution and memorable experiences.

You will oversee logistics, collaborate with vendors and partners, manage timelines, and ensure all client and member expectations are met. Your focus will be on delivering high engagement and flawless event experiences that uphold our standards of excellence.

Your enthusiasm and creativity in event management will be vital in creating impactful experiences. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities will ensure our events remain innovative and market-leading. Your eagerness to learn and contribute will be key to our success.

You will also bring problem-solving skills and proactive thinking to enhance our event strategy, contributing to our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain relationships with partners during planning to foster ongoing, sustainable collaborations for future growth.
  2. Monitor event performance to ensure high-quality service, driving improvements in member satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
  3. Host events professionally, serving as a primary contact for venues, members, and clients. Engage with members and clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  4. Remain calm and professional in resolving issues during events.
  5. Pay close attention to luxury and high-quality details, ensuring standards meet excellence. Take initiative to improve service delivery in real-time.
  6. Coordinate with Content and Marketing teams to maximize event exposure to members.
  7. Stay aware of competitors’ offerings to keep our events ahead in the market.
  8. Adhere to best practices and continuously improve event execution.
  9. Support in procuring new event partners alongside Event Managers and Senior Event Managers.
  10. Contribute to broader strategic goals with support from the Global Director and Head of Region.
  11. Manage workload efficiently to meet client and internal deadlines.
  12. Collaborate with stakeholders to align event objectives with business goals.
  13. Assist with managing event budgets, including negotiations and invoicing.
  14. Work with Client Services and Business Development Managers on client-related matters.
