Overview

As an Events Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the planning and execution of exceptional events across various industries, including Dining, Entertainment, Retail, and Lifestyle, for our corporate clients and concierge members in EMEA. You will coordinate every detail of our events to ensure they run smoothly and deliver memorable experiences.

Your responsibilities include overseeing logistics, working with vendors and partners, managing timelines, and meeting client and member expectations. You will focus on executing high-quality events that drive engagement and uphold our standards of excellence. Creativity, industry awareness, and proactive problem-solving will be essential as you contribute to our event success and enhance our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with partners during planning to foster ongoing collaborations for future growth.
  • Monitor event performance, ensuring high-quality service and continuous improvement in member satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Host events professionally, acting as the main contact for venues, members, and clients. Engage with members & clients for feedback and satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues calmly and efficiently during events.
  • Ensure event details meet luxury and quality standards; take initiative to improve service delivery in real-time.
  • Coordinate with Content and Marketing teams to maximize event exposure.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends to keep our events innovative and competitive.
  • Adhere to best practices and support procurement of new event partners.
  • Contribute to strategic goals at regional and global levels with support from leadership.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet client and internal deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Support budget management, including negotiations and invoicing.
  • Work with Client Services and Business Development teams on client-related matters.
