A leading football club is seeking a Girls Academy Youth Development Phase Coach to inspire and develop young female players. This role involves planning and delivering training aligned with academy standards while supporting the Lead Phase Coach. The ideal candidate will have a UEFA B Licence and experience in youth coaching, bringing creativity and strong interpersonal skills to motivate players effectively.

Hours: 21 hours per week - to be worked flexibly alongside the Girls Academy training schedule

You will work closely with & support the Lead Phase Coach (GU15-GU16) on programme delivery and player development throughout the season. You will plan, deliver, evaluate, and measure a training syllabus aligned with the criteria set out in the Professional Games Academy for Tier 1 status academies.
We seek a dynamic coach with experience working with talented female players. A strong understanding of the Girls Academy system and the England Talent Pathway for female athletes is essential. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, energy, and a passion for development, along with outstanding interpersonal skills to motivate young players effectively.
