Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role centred in Aldermaston but with a roaming brief to support all our locations across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role also entails providing guidance on HR matters and supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Strong Employee Relations skills and knowledge of Labour and Employment Law
  • Proficiency in Performance Management processes and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with management
  • Experience in the education or childcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
