Are you a skilled ATA MET Technician looking to bring your expertise to a growing automotive repair team? Steer Electric in Eastleigh offers an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your precision and passion for quality workmanship.

About the Role:
  • Mechanical and Body Work: Perform all necessary mechanical and body repairs on vehicles.
  • Vehicle Dismantling: Dismantle vehicles in preparation for panel shop work.
  • Inspections and Diagnostics: Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and fault-finding.
  • Parts Management: Order replacement parts and ensure they arrive on time.
  • Reassembly: Reassemble vehicles with new parts to restore them to their pre-accident condition.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Strong experience as an MET Technician, ideally in an accident repair environment.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to work precisely and safely under pressure.
  • Workload Management: Excellent planning skills to meet deadlines and manage your workload efficiently.
  • Specifications Adherence: Ability to follow manufacturers' specifications and repair standards.
