Role Overview

We are seeking an AIT (Assembly, Integration & Test) Technician to join our team. You will be involved in manufacturing satellite subsystems and harnesses, supporting prototyping and electronics modifications, and ensuring quality and documentation standards are met. The role may require travel to other locations to support workload demands.

Responsibilities
  1. Manufacture subsystems and harnesses for satellite integration.
  2. Support prototyping and modifications of electronics boards and harnesses.
  3. Travel to other locations as needed to support workload.
  4. Maintain quality standards and proper documentation throughout all stages.
  5. Collaborate with R&D and AIT departments.
Candidate Requirements
  • Ability to meticulously inspect PCB assemblies to ECSS standards.
  • Proficiency in harness fabrication conforming to ECSS/IPC-620 standards.
  • Experience in crimping and soldering various connectors, including M80/G125, Micro-D, and Nano-D, for standard and shielded cables.
  • Comfort with using soldering irons, PCA heaters, and hot air rework stations.
  • Understanding of clean room environment practices.
  • Proactive and curious mindset, seeking continuous improvement.
