About the Role

We are seeking a driven teammate who pays attention to detail with excellent organization and communication skills. This Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

• Consolidating and analysing financial data preparing commentary and understanding opportunities, risks and trends that impact the business
• Business partnering with key stakeholders and presenting analysis
• Support the annual financial planning cycle, monthly forecasting and reporting process
• Work with the finance team preparing various reports as required
• Learn new reporting technologies and tools, proactively participate in processes and systems improvement to drive performance

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Finance or Accounting degree
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• ACA/ACCA or CIMA professional qualification.

Other Qualifications

• Strong technical, analytical, communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work under pressure with the mindset to deliver and over-achieve
• Maturity to drive things forward, step up and be a proactive contributor
• Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organisational changes that accompany a high-growth environment
• Software and/or internet industry experience
• Experience with US multi-national
• Knowledge of Workday systems
