Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A – EMEA
London (Battersea Power Station), 3 days per week in the office

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team, supporting the EMEA business. This role will play a critical part in driving ownership and accountability across our core markets (UK & Ireland, Central Europe (DACH & Poland), France & Benelux) and new markets across the EMEA region.

Position Overview:

As the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A – EMEA, you will collaborate closely with commercial and finance leadership to support the financial performance and strategic initiatives of SharkNinja’s EMEA business. This role will focus on pricing, promotional strategies, margin analysis, and business reporting while supporting cross-functional efforts to drive growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Commercial Finance – EMEA, this role offers significant visibility and impact within the organization.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for core and emerging markets; develop financial models for new market opportunities and strategic initiatives.
2. Business Partnering: Collaborate with commercial leadership and sales teams to manage trade spend, optimize promotional activities, and provide insights to drive profitability.
3. Data Analysis & Insights: Generate actionable insights from data sources, create clear analyses for leadership, and support business planning and promotional assessments.
4. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements in financial reporting and analysis.
5. Strategic Support & Projects: Lead ad hoc analyses and support strategic initiatives like market expansion and pricing adjustments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing industries.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis in multi-market environments, especially EMEA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
