As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will support the Senior Manager in preparing financial plans, budgets, and analysis related to SaaS revenue and metrics across multiple regions. Your responsibilities include:

• Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data and providing insights on SaaS revenue metrics such as subscription growth, churn rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts collaboratively with the Senior Manager.
• Cost Analysis: Supporting cost analysis and headcount forecasting for sales and operational teams.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing reports and dashboards that highlight key financial metrics and trends for senior management.
• Financial Modeling: Developing and maintaining models to support strategic business decisions.
• Data Management: Ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights.

Essential skills and qualifications to succeed:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in financial analysis, planning, or budgeting, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting with spreadsheets, and practical knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy and thoroughness in data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
