Job summary

KM Education Recruitment Limited is seeking an Early Years Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) to cover Manchester and surrounding areas, home/field based with travel. The role offers £28,500 - £33,000 depending on skills and experience.

You will deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years up to Level 5, manage a caseload, conduct observations, support learners through End Point Assessments, and maintain efficient administration and progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Years childcare (Nursery) at management level.
• Recognised Level 5 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexible with travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years up to Level 5 with Functional Skills to Level 2.
• Meet Assessor KPIs for visits, reviews, progression, quality paperwork and administration.
• Manage a caseload of learners; conduct remote and face-to-face observations to gather evidence toward their Apprenticeships.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and completions.
• Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
