Aspire People are recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant for a welcoming school in Leicester. The role is based in Leicester, with a daily rate of £105 and a term-time contract (Monday to Friday).

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is essential.
• Experience within an Early Years, nursery or primary school setting.
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to support children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with daily learning activities and classroom routines.
• Encourage children's development through play-based learning and practical activities.

• Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
