Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant for a welcoming school in Leicester. The role focuses on supporting young children in their early education, fostering a nurturing learning environment and close collaboration with the teaching staff.

You will assist with daily activities, promote play-based learning, and help develop children’s social and emotional skills while maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is essential.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing is important.

Location: Leicester Salary: £105 per day Contract: Monday to Friday, term time only Start Date: Immediate / ongoing

Aspire People are recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children during the early stages of their education and helping them develop the skills they need to thrive.

We are looking for someone who can create a nurturing environment, encourage learning through play and work closely with teaching staff to support children's development.

The Role

Requirements
