Job summary

Aspire People are seeking a warm, enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Hinckley. You will support learning through play, foster positive relationships and help create a safe, stimulating environment where every child can flourish.

Start date is immediate with ongoing opportunities across Hinckley. The role involves assisting the class teacher, encouraging exploration, developing communication and independence skills, and safeguarding pupils in line with EYFS

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is essential.
• Experience in an Early Years, nursery or primary school setting.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with daily activities, routines and classroom organisation.
• Encourage learning through play, exploration and practical experiences.
• Help children develop their communication, social and independence skills.

Early Years Teaching Assistant - Hinckley

Location: Hinckley

Salary: £105 per day

Contract: Monday to Friday, term time only

Start Date: Immediate / ongoing

Aspire People are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Hinckley. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping young children build confidence, develop new skills and take their first steps in education.

You will work alongside the class teacher to support learning through play, encourage positive relationships and help create a safe and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.

The Role
