Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join a busy nursery in Edmonton. You will support daily operation, deliver learning experiences aligned with EYFS, and act as a Key Person for designated children.

The successful candidate will be passionate about early years, have a sound understanding of EYFS, and be committed to safeguarding, inclusion and working as part of a collaborative team. This permanent, term-time role offers stability and development opportunities.

Early Years Practitioner

Salary: £26,502 - £27,767 FTE (Actual Salary: £22,668 - £23,750)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Hours: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Location: Edmonton

About the Role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a busy nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Working closely with the Early Years team and senior leaders, you will support the day-to-day running of the nursery, delivering high-quality care, learning and development through an engaging Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

As a Key Person, you will build strong relationships with children and families, supporting each child's individual learning journey while promoting their wellbeing, confidence and development. You will collaborate with colleagues, parents and external professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
