Job summary

Teaching Personnel is partnering with a welcoming Dorset nursery to recruit a Nursery Practitioner for September 2026. The role offers both full-time and part-time hours and a supportive, caring team.

You will create a safe, stimulating environment, support children’s learning through play, and build positive relationships with children and families, in line with the EYFS framework. Training and ongoing CPD are provided.

Qualifications

  • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (desirable but not essential depending on experience).
  • Has experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Is patient, caring and passionate about supporting children's development.
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to every day.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Teaching Personnel is working closely with one of our welcoming and nurturing nurseries in Dorset, who are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly team this September. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, we'd love to hear from you.
