Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a role in Maidenhead. You will provide high-quality care and development opportunities for children aged 0-5, planning engaging activities and supporting learning journeys.

About the Role

• Provide high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 0-5.
• Plan and support fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Encourage children's curiosity, confidence, independence and creativity.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Carry out observations and contribute to children's learning journeys and development.
• Support children's communication, language, physical, social and emotional development.
• Promote positive behaviour through a calm, consistent and nurturing approach.
• Ensure the learning environment is safe, stimulating and welcoming.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated early years team.
