Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is recruiting for Corner House Wistaston, a nursery near Crewe. This zero-hour contract offers flexible hours and a competitive rate of £13.65 per hour for qualified staff, with full support and training.

You'll join a friendly team that values outdoor learning, safeguarding, and close links with parents. We welcome applicants at all levels, and provide funded development to help you grow in your Early Years journey.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children and supporting development.
• Teamwork and reliability.
• Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing of children.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children.
