Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education in Chester is seeking dedicated staff for flexible, zero-hour roles at Thrive Cotton Lane. You’ll provide safe, engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 5 years, help with daily routines and holiday cover, and support a passionate team in a welcoming, outdoor-focused setting.

Qualifications are flexible: unqualified or qualified candidates welcome; training is fully funded, enhancing professional development and safeguarding practice.
