Job summary

Corner House Trafford Park Day Nursery is seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner for a flexible supply role. The position offers zero-hours contracts and a competitive hourly rate of £13.65 with Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications.

You will work with children aged 3 months to 5 years across indoor and outdoor settings, supporting engaging learning experiences and daily routines while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Experience working with children is beneficial.
• Secure understanding of safeguarding and welfare in early years.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly and experienced team on a flexible supply basis.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You’ll have the opportunity to work across both indoor and outdoor environments, creating stimulating experiences that support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, nurturing and engaging care for children aged 3 months to 5 years

• Support daily routines, activities and holiday cover
• Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Work effectively as part of a skilled and passionate Early Years team

• Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding requirements
• Act as a positive role model for children and colleagues

What We’re Looking For
