Job summary

Bright Horizons Kirkby is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and assess engaging activities for children, aligned with the EYFS. The role focuses on creating safe, nurturing environments that foster curiosity and learning, helping each child reach key milestones.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 3+ Early Years qualification with strong safeguarding awareness, and can build trust with families and colleagues, in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate with colleagues and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward milestones.
• Create a safe learning environment enabling children to express themselves and develop a love of learning.
