Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking an Early Years Practitioner at Kirkby to plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities for your key children, supporting development in line with EYFS. You will foster a safe environment encouraging self-expression and a lifelong love of learning.

The role requires a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, and safeguarding knowledge. Working hours are 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, at David Lloyd Club, Kirkby.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and fosters a love of learning.
• Support development towards key milestones within EYFS and foster partnerships with parents and colleagues.
