Bright Horizons in the United Kingdom is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, guiding development toward milestones in a safe learning environment.

You will hold a Level 2+ Early Years qualification, have EYFS knowledge and safeguarding awareness, and you will build trusted partnerships with colleagues and parents, with benefits including a generous leave policy and pension.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.
