Job summary

Bright Horizons Westchester House Day Nursery in Farnham is seeking an Early Years Practitioner. You will plan engaging activities, tailor them to each child, and help children progress toward key milestones within a nurturing environment.

You will work with a supportive team, follow EYFS guidelines, ensure safeguarding, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a positive, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding/child protection
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/carers

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Foster a safe environment that supports expression and a love of learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support child development.
