Job summary

Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are recruiting an Early Years Practitioner for a children's centre in Camden Town, London. The role involves supporting babies to young children aged 2-5 with SEND, delivering safe, engaging activities and fostering school readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with young children in early years, nursery or children's centre
• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and child development
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Caring and enthusiastic approach

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for 0-5 in a safe, inclusive environment
• Support children's learning and development through age-appropriate activities
• Plan and participate in engaging play and educational activities
• Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour through routines
• Work with parents/carers, share progress and support learning at home
• Observe development and contribute to records and assessments
• Maintain safeguarding and report concerns per procedures
• Promote inclusive practice for all children
