Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a full-time, long-term temporary role in Greater London. Starting as soon as possible, 8am/10am to 4pm/6pm, you will join a warm, well‑organised setting where children benefit from caring adults, predictable routines and engaging activities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred; Level 2 acceptable.
• Strong early years experience required.
• Warm, patient and nurturing approach to young children.
• Confident supporting early reading, phonics and play-based learning.
• Good organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support early years activities that promote learning through play.
• Contribute to planning and preparation of age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Support early literacy, numeracy, communication, and physical development.
• Maintain a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assist with observations, assessments, and notes on child progress.
• Help with daily routines such as settling, transitions, toileting, and meals.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistent early years practice.
• Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise child well-being.
