Best Start Recruitment is assisting a North London nursery in Barnet to recruit an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner. The role is full time, offering up to £28k, with development opportunities and a focus on early childhood education.

You will hold a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years, demonstrate strong English communication, and contribute to a warm, child-centred environment while supporting staff and children across 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Experience in a similar role preferred, with a child-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Support children's development and learning in a nurturing environment.
• Provide care and supervision across activities and routines.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan and deliver activities.
• Commit to 40 hours per week in a full-time role.
