Salary:

  • Level 2 – £12.45 - £12.85 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
  • Level 3 – £12.94 - £15.25 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Working hours: 11am to 3pm, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Winchester Day Nursery. Our nursery is Ofsted Rated Outstanding and has 75 places. It is easily accessible off Junction 9 on M3, a 10-minute walk from Winchester train station, and 5 minutes from the bus station.

The Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child's developmental milestones. You will foster a safe environment that encourages children to express themselves, engage their minds, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to develop trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers
