Job Description:

As Account Director, you will oversee a small team (4-6 members) of account managers who are the primary points of contact for our diverse client base. Your leadership will be instrumental in nurturing and developing your team, ensuring they excel in their roles and maintaining our exceptional service standards. You will strategically look at ways to innovate and grow the agency, focusing on process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Growth will also be a key part of the role through new business opportunities, with KPIs set against delivering new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement efficient processes to improve margins and operational effectiveness within your team.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing support and guidance to ensure high-quality client management.
  3. Meet and exceed KPIs focused on client retention, staff retention, and new business revenue.
  4. Stay informed about industry trends, especially related to Amazon, and leverage these insights to generate innovative ideas.
  5. Contribute to the company's vision and growth by bringing in fresh, innovative ideas.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in the digital sector, including managing PPC campaigns with large ad spend.
  2. Ideally, experience managing Amazon accounts and deploying strategies to drive growth, either in-house or at an agency.
  3. Proven experience managing a team and implementing new processes for efficiency.
  4. Excellent proficiency in Excel, with the ability to automate and simplify processes using advanced techniques.
  5. Exceptional numerical understanding.
  6. Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central or in the digital sector.
  7. Proven track record in client relationship management and team leadership.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
