Job summary

Bright Horizons Kew Day Nursery and Preschool in Richmond, London, invites a part-time Early Years Practitioner to join our caring team. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering a safe, nurturing environment that promotes curiosity and early learning.

We require a full Level 3 (or above) EYFS qualification, safeguarding knowledge, and strong partnerships with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification required.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Experience with safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and reflect on engaging activities for key children.
• Foster a safe environment that supports exploration and learning.
• Support children's development towards milestones.
