Job summary

Bright Horizons Rose Cottage Day Nursery and Preschool invites applications for a Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner in Haywards Heath. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, ensuring a safe, caring environment where children can express themselves and build confidence.

The role requires a current Level 2/3 Early Years qualification and a passion for inclusive learning, safeguarding knowledge, and strong links with parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Experience safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Create a safe environment that supports expression and curiosity.
