Bright Horizons Grove Lodge in Burgess Hill is seeking an Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to plan, deliver, and review engaging activities that support each child's development and milestones. You will foster a safe, caring environment where children feel free to explore and learn.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and a passion for inclusive learning. The nursery offers a 5-minute walk to the train station, 50% childcare discount for the first child, enhanced parental

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Safeguarding and child protection knowledge
