Job summary

Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Lunch Cover Early Years Practitioner in Farnham. You will plan and deliver engaging activities for key children, ensuring a safe space where children can express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, a strong EYFS understanding, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to partner with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Sav safeguarding and child protection knowledge is essential.
• Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Maintain a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and develop a love of learning.
• Support development toward key milestones and support the team in daily routines.
