Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator at its Holmes Chapel nursery. You will foster children’s intellectual, social, and emotional development within a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.

The role involves delivering the Bee Curious curriculum and building strong family connections. The successful candidate will have Level 3 Early Years Education or higher, plus experience with under‑5s and excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's development aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
