Busy Bees, the UK's leading nursery group, is seeking an Early Years Educator to foster the intellectual, social and emotional development of children across its Holmes Chapel nursery and nationwide settings. You’ll join a team that values high-quality education and ongoing professional growth.

In this role you’ll plan engaging activities, support the Bee Curious curriculum, and build strong relationships with children and families as a Key Person.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
