Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication, strong organisational skills, and ability to apply child development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment and prepare rooms for learning.
• Lead educational activities aligned with the EYFS to support development.
• Be a Key Person, building strong family connections and monitoring progress.
