Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is hiring an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children. You’ll contribute to a Bee Curious curriculum and a nurturing environment across the Busy Bees network in the UK.

The role requires Level 3+ in Early Years Education and experience with under-5s, with a focus on EYFS-aligned activities and family engagement. Growth opportunities are highlighted within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
