About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. That's why we give you opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We seek a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being the leading Childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

• Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and for the children.
• Supporting the education and development of your key children through excellent teaching and learning.
• Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and meet performance standards.

Who are we looking for?

• A candidate with a full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
• An Enhanced DBS check (we will cover the costs).
• Someone who is open, honest, compassionate, inspiring, and passionate about early years and working with children.
