Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for Corner House Wistaston Nursery in Crewe. The role focuses on supporting children’s learning and wellbeing in a nurturing setting. Immediate start possible for experienced practitioners.

Salary is £13.45 per hour (Level 2) or £13.75 per hour (Level 3). The company offers excellent progression, DBS paid, and extensive staff benefits. This full-time/part-time position supports a caring team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse (preferred).
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's learning, development, and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress.
