Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our Thrive Frodsham Hill team. You will deliver high-quality early years education and care in a nurturing nursery setting.

You will support learning, development and wellbeing, work with families, and help children achieve strong school readiness in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Experience as an Early Years Practitioner preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities.
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess and track progress of children.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment.
• Support ongoing professional development in the team.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Thrive Frodsham Hill. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.

Key Responsibilities - Early Years Practitioner

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children's learning, development, and school readiness
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment
• Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (preferred)
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
