Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Corner House Lawton Road, Alsager, Stoke-on-Trent. The role focuses on delivering high-quality early years education and care within our nurturing nursery environment.

You will work with experienced teams to support children's development, build strong relationships with families, and ensure a safe, stimulating setting while following EYFS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Experience as an Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Practitioner/Nursery Nurse preferred.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with EYFS.
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.
• Continue professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.

Location: Corner House Lawton Road, Alsager, Stoke-on-Trent

Job Type: Full Time & Part Time Available

Salary: £13.45 per hour (Level 2) - £13.75 per hour (Level 3)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Corner House Lawton Road, Alsager, Stoke-on-Trent. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.

Requirements
