Job summary

Busy Bees Formby is seeking an Early Years Educator to help foster children’s intellectual, social and emotional development within our Ofsted-rated Good nursery. You’ll join a supportive team and contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum with engaging activities.

You’ll act as the Key Person, build strong relationships with children and families, ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment, and track progress through observations and assessments.

Qualifications

• Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with children under 5 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
