Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children in our Formby nursery. You’ll contribute to our Bee Curious curriculum and work within a nurturing team that values professional growth and community involvement.

The role focuses on planning engaging activities, building strong bonds with families, and delivering high-quality early education in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
