Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a Nursery Practitioner Level 2 for Busy Bees Irby, part of the UK’s leading nursery group. You will contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum while supporting children's intellectual, social and emotional development in a caring environment.

The role emphasises planning educational activities, providing a safe learning space, and building strong partnerships with families as a Key Person. Training and progression are encouraged within Busy Bees.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding that each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience as Early Years Educator or Nursery role is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
