Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5 would be advantageous.
• Empathy and understanding that every child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
